Hey! It has been a while since I last posted for this series. I have not yet finished my Beginner’s swimming lessons due to conflict of schedule for the first two months and the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) by March.
I was blessed for not having a lot of body hair (that explains my fine hair as well as my Mona Lisa eye brows ). However, that did not exempt me from having hair on my underarms.
I want to be as close to a mermaid then learning to swim should come first.
Because why not.
Getting that much deserved vacation needs preparation; the place, flight or bus schedule, accomodation and itinerary. But sometimes we have to have that needed relaxation in an instant (sort of). Hence, staycation is the answer.
Even as a kid, I have this fascination of mermaids. I can clearly remember how I persuaded my mother to buy poster-sized story books containing mermaids. During my third year in high school, we were tasked to cover our journals creatively with things that represent ourselves. Yes, a fifteen year old drew mermaid’s tail swimming from a blue sea of crepe paper. Anything mermaid movie or tv shows, I would watch them.
