A year into COVID-19 and Cebu province has already encouraged local tourism. There were protocols in place when traveling from one city to another such as confirmed hotel accommodation, medical certificates, and the necessary face mask, face shield, and physical distancing.
In a country of coconuts as tropical as the Philippines, winter is something one would like to experience at least once in his or her lifetime. Opening salvo for my summer is a road trip to Badian. Badian is located south of Cebu. It would take approximately around four to five hours from Cebu City to Badian (depending on the traffic and stops) . Badian boasts Lambug for its powder sand beach.
